Marc Puigdengolas i Julià

Graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona in 2011 and Postgraduate in Compliance from the Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona in 2017. From the beginning he specialized in Criminal Law, joining the law firm of Laura Parés i Ravetllat as a lawyer at the same time. Subsequently, in January 2013 he joined the firm Molins & Parés, having continued his training by attending numerous courses and conferences related to different areas of Criminal Law and, giving him, among them, specialization in Juvenile Jurisdiction and Penitentiary Law. He has also been involved in the drafting of several articles.
In the teaching field, he has been a member of the TFM Tribunal since the 2019-20 academic year of the Master’s Degree in Legal, Forensic and Criminological Psychopathology taught by the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, and has also been a Collaborating Professor at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya since 2020.
He has been recognized and included in the international ranking of Best Lawyers Spain™ in the 2024 and 2025 editions, in the category of “Criminal Defense”.
