Marc Molins i Raich

Edition 2025

Recognized by Chambers and Partners in the category “Dispute Resolution: Corporate Crime”.

After an extensive career in the practice of criminal law, in 2013 he decided to start his own professional project together with his partner Laura Parés. Since then, his activity has focused on the defense of individuals and legal entities, both public and private, in all types of legal proceedings.

  • His area of specialization lies in economic criminal law, evidence and criminal procedural law. He complements his professional practice with a firm commitment to continuous training, which translates into the publication of numerous doctrinal articles, participation in forums and scientific debates, as well as his teaching links with the Faculty of Law of the University of Barcelona (UB) and with organizations responsible for the training of new lawyers and members of the Judicial Career.
  • From an academic perspective, in recent years he has focused his attention on three lines of research: (i) the analysis of the jurisprudential doctrine of the European Court of Human Rights, with special attention to the nullity of evidence; (ii) the gender issue in Criminal Law and Procedure; and (iii) the debate on the enactment of a new Criminal Procedure Law, analyzing the pillars on which a new model of criminal prosecution should be built. This research has resulted in publications and lectures, including the four given at the invitation of the General Council of the Judiciary.
