A criminal lawyer with a solid academic and professional career, she combines her dedication to criminal defense with her teaching work at prestigious institutions such as ESADE and the Barcelona Bar Association.

  • Laura Parés holds a degree in Law from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (1998-2001). Subsequently, once he started his professional practice, he completed the Master’s Degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences at the Universitat de Barcelona and the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (2002-2003), having also completed the Postgraduate Degree in Compliance at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (2017) and the Master’s Degree in Evidence Law in Criminal Procedure at the Universitat de Barcelona (2023).
  • She has been for many years a professor at the Iltre. Barcelona Bar Association, where she has been a professor of the School of Legal Practice and is currently a professor of the Master’s Degree in Criminal Law, and where she has given several lectures related to criminal law, having also held the position of President of the Criminal Law Section and instructor in the Ethics Committee.
  • She has also been a professor at the Police School of Catalonia and currently teaches criminal litigation at the Universitat Ramon Llull (ESADE) in the Master’s Degree in Law. His professional career has been characterized by a commitment to continuous training, which has resulted in his participation in different master’s degrees, conferences and doctrinal debates in different entities and in the writing of different articles published in prestigious journals.
  • She has also been recognized and included, in consecutive editions, in the international ranking of Best Lawyers in the categories “Criminal Defense” and “Litigation”.
