Adriana Archs Mendiry

Adriana Archs Mendiry specialized in Criminal Law and Compliance from the beginning of her professional career, joining the firm Fieldfisher as a lawyer. Subsequently, in October 2022, she joined the firm Molins & Parés. In 2018, Adriana completed a Master's Degree in Criminal Law at the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) and has also completed numerous specialized courses in the field of Criminal Law, such as a specialization course in juvenile justice and a specialization course in gender-based violence. She is also a member of the Young Lawyers Group and the ICAB's Ethics Committee.

  • Adriana Archs graduated in Law from the Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona, ​​2016.
  • During the years 2016 and 2017, he completed the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Pompeu Fabra University – Barcelona School of Management and, during the years 2017 and 2018, he completed the Master’s Degree in Legal Specialization in Criminal Law at the Barcelona Bar Association.
  • From the beginning of her professional career, Adriana specialized in Criminal Law and Corporate Compliance, starting at Grupo Indukern S.L. as in-house counsel and later at the firm Fieldfisher. In 2022, she joined the firm Molins & Parés as a criminal lawyer and specialist in Corporate Compliance.
  • Adriana has attended numerous courses and training in the field of Criminal Law, notably the Specialization Course in Gender Violence, 2020, and the Specialization Course in the Juvenile Jurisdiction, 2022, taught by the Illustrious Bar Association of Barcelona.
  • Adriana has participated as a speaker in various conferences on criminal procedure at the Barcelona Bar Association, organized by the Young Lawyers Group (GAJ) and the Criminal Law Section. Currently, she teaches “Criminal and Procedural Law” in the Basic Training Course for Police Officers (2025-2026) at the Public Security Institute of Catalonia.
