Adriana Archs Mendiry
Adriana Archs Mendiry specialized from the beginning of her professional career in Criminal Law and Compliance, joining Fieldfisher Law Firm as a lawyer. Subsequently, in October 2022, he joined the firm Molins&Parés. Adriana completed a Master's Degree in Criminal Law at the Iltre. She has also taken numerous specialization courses in the criminal law field, such as the specialization course in juvenile jurisdiction and the specialization course in gender violence. He is also a member of the Young Lawyers Group and a member of the ICAB Deontology Commission.
- Adriana Archs holds a law degree from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra de Barcelona, 2016.
- During 2016 and 2017, she attended the Master of Access to the Legal Profession at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra – Barcelona School of Management and, during 2017 and 2018, she attended the Master of Legal Specialization in Criminal Law at the Barcelona Bar Association.
- Since the beginning of her professional career, Adriana has specialized in Criminal Law and Corporate Compliance, starting her career at Grupo Indukern S.L. as an in-house lawyer and, later on, at Fieldfisher Law Firm. In 2022, she joined Molins & Parés as a criminal lawyer and Corporate Compliance specialist.
- Adriana has attended numerous courses and training courses in the field of Criminal Law, including the specialization course in Gender Violence, 2020, and the specialization course in Juvenile Jurisdiction, 2022, given by the Barcelona Bar Association.
- Adriana has participated as a speaker in several conferences on criminal procedure at the Barcelona Bar Association, organized by the Young Lawyers Group (GAJ) and the Criminal Law Section.
