- CRIME OF HATE (art. 510 PC): It is committed by whoever encourages, promotes or incites, publicly and directly or indirectly, hatred, hostility, discrimination or violence towards a group for racist, anti-Semitic, ideological, religious or believing reasons, because of their family situation, belonging to an ethnic group, race, nation, national origin, sex, sexual orientation or identity, gender, illness or disability.
- CRIME OF ILLEGAL ASSOCIATION (art. 515 PC): Punishes associations that have any of the following purposes:
- Those whose purpose is to commit a crime or, once formed, promote the commission of a crime
- Those that, although having a lawful purpose, use violent means or alteration or control of the personality to achieve it.
- Paramilitary organizations (civilian organization with military-type structure or discipline)
- Those that promote in any way the basic type of hate crime of 510.1 described above.
