- CRIME OF ASSAULT AGAINST AUTHORITY (arts. 550 to 556 PC): Consists of assaulting or resisting (with serious intimidation or violence) the authority, its agents or public officials in the exercise of their functions.
- CRIME OF ILLICIT WEAPON POSSESSION (arts. 563 to 570 PC): Consists of the possession of weapons whose possession is prohibited by law, as well as of regulatory weapons whose manufacturing characteristics have been modified.
- CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION CRIME (art. 570 bis): Punishes those groups formed by more than two persons who, in a concerted and coordinated manner, share various tasks or functions in order to commit crimes.
- CRIME OF ENALTIFICATION OF TERRORISM (art. 578 PC): Consists of publicly praising or justifying acts of a terrorist nature. This offense includes acts of disparagement or humiliation of victims of terrorist crimes or their family members.
