- CRIME OF DISCLOSURE OF COMPANY SECRETS (art. 278 et seq. PC): Consists of taking possession, by any means and in order to discover a company secret, of documents, data, computer media, papers, letters, electronic messages, interrupting telecommunications or using means of listening, recording, among others, without the consent of the owner and with the purpose of discovering a secret.
- It also penalizes the dissemination, disclosure or transfer of a trade secret carried out by anyone under a legal or contractual obligation of confidentiality.
- ADVERTISING OFFENSES (art. 282 PC): Merchants or manufacturers who knowingly lie in advertising their services or products, causing serious harm to consumers, are punished.
- CRIME OF ABUSE OF THE MARKET (art. 285 PC): Consists of carrying out acts of acquisition, transfer or assignment of a financial instrument using privileged information to which one has had confidential access, canceling or modifying an order related to a financial instrument using privileged information to which one has had confidential access, or recommending to a third party the use of said privileged information for any of the above-mentioned acts.
- CRIME OF CORRUPTION IN BUSINESS (art. 286 bis and ss. CP): Punishes the manager, administrator, employee or collaborator of a company who receives, requests or accepts a benefit or advantage without justification as consideration for favoring commercial relations. It also punishes the person who offers or promises it.
