- CRIME AGAINST ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION (art. 312 PC): Punishes anyone who illegally traffics in labor.
- CRIME AGAINST THE SAFETY AND HEALTH OF WORKERS (art. 316 PC): Consists of seriously endangering the life, health or physical integrity of workers by making them perform their work activity without adequate safety and hygiene measures, thus violating the rules of occupational risk prevention.
