- CRIME OF REBELLION (arts. 472 to 484 PC): Consists of the violent occupation of public roads and spaces by a group of persons without authorization for any of the following purposes:
- Eliminate or modify the Constitution
- Removing members of the Royal family from office
- Prevent the holding of elections for public office.
- Dissolve the Cortes, the Congress or the Senate.
- Declaring the independence of a part of the national territory
