- FELONY OF OVER SPEEDING (art. 379.1 CP): Punishes those who drive a motor vehicle or a moped at excessive speed. Specifically, whoever exceeds the maximum speed limit by 60 km/h on urban roads and by 80 km/h on interurban roads.
- FELONY OF ALCOHOLEMIA (art. 379.2 PC): Consists of driving a motor vehicle or moped under the influence of drugs or alcoholic beverages. The breath alcohol level (ethylometer) must be higher than 0.6 milligrams per liter in air or a blood alcohol level higher than 1.2 grams per liter.
- CRIME OF RECKLESS DRIVING (art. 380 PC): Consists of generating a danger to the life or integrity of persons by driving a motor vehicle or moped in violation of traffic regulations.
