CRIME OF THREATS (arts. 169 to 171 PC): Consists of announcing to another person to cause him some harm, either to him, his family or other persons with whom he is intimately linked.

CRIME OF COERCION (art. 172 PC): Punishes the person who forces or prevents a third person to act or do through the use of violence, intimidation or force in things, that which he does not want or which the law does not prohibit.

STALKING (art. 172 ter CP): Punishes the action of whoever watches, pursues, establishes or attempts to establish contact by any means or through a third person, as long as these actions are carried out in an insistent manner and affect the life of the person who suffers such behaviors.

OFFENSE OF “LABOR MOOBING” (art. 173 PC):Punishes those who, taking advantage of a relationship of superiority in the workplace or civil service, commit hostile or humiliating acts towards a person.

CRIME OF “REAL ESTATE MOOBING” (art. 173 CP):Punishes whoever constantly carries out hostile or humiliating acts towards a person, with the purpose of preventing him/her from the legitimate enjoyment of the dwelling.
