- CRIME OF RECEPTION (arts. 298 and following CC): Punishes the person who, with the intention of benefiting economically and knowing that an economic crime has been committed in which he/she has not intervened, helps the perpetrators to take advantage of the effects of this, receiving, acquiring or hiding such effects.
- CRIME OF MONEY LAUNDERING (arts. 301 et seq. PC): Consists of the introduction into the legal economic market of goods that have their origin in a criminal conduct (whether their own or that of a third party), managing to make their origin appear to be legal.
