- CRIMES AGAINST FLORA, FAUNA AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS ( arts. 332 and following PC): Punishes whoever cuts, uproots, collects, possesses or destroys protected species of flora or hunts, fishes, acquires, possesses or destroys protected species of fauna.
