- CRIME OF SEXUAL ASSAULT (arts. 178 to 183 PC): Punishes those conducts that attempt against the sexual freedom of a person without his/her consent.
- CRIME OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT (art. 184 PC): Punishes those conducts consisting of requesting sexual favors for oneself or for another person in a continuous or habitual manner, within the scope of an employment, teaching, service provision or similar relationship, and thereby causing the victim an intimidating, hostile or humiliating situation.
- CRIMES RELATING TO PROSTITUTION AND SEXUAL EXPLOITATION (art. 187 PC): It is committed by anyone who, using violence, intimidation, deception, or abusing their superiority or the need and/or vulnerability of the victim, gets the victim, being of legal age, to engage in prostitution.
- CRIME OF CORRUPTION OF MINORS (art. 189.1. CP): It is committed by whoever uses persons with disabilities or minors for exhibitionist or pornographic purposes or shows, whether public or private, in order to produce pornographic material.
