- CRIME OF “SEXTING” (art. 197.7 PC): This specific modality punishes whoever, without the authorization of the affected person and even having received them from the affected person, disseminates, discloses or transfers to third parties images or recordings that undermine the personal privacy of such person.
- CRIME OF BURGLARY OF DWELLING (arts. 202 and 203 PC): Punishes the action of entering or remaining in the dwelling (place where one lives, domicile) of a physical or juridical person against his or her will.
