- CRIME OF CHILD ABDUCTION (art. 225 bis PC): Punishes the parent who moves or retains a minor child from his or her habitual residence, without just cause and without the consent of the parent with whom the minor usually lives.
- CRIME OF IMPAYMENT OF PENSIONS (art. 227 PC): Punishes those who proceed to the non-payment of two consecutive or four non-consecutive months of any financial benefit established judicially or by an approved agreement in favor of the spouse or child.
