- HOMICIDE (art. 138 Penal Code, hereinafter PC).
- MURDER (art. 139 PC): Punishes the person who kills another person, when any of the following circumstances concur: malice aforethought, malice aforethought or the perpetrator commits the murder in exchange for a price, reward or promise.
- IMPRUDENT HOMICIDE (art. 142 PC): Punishes whoever kills another person, not with the will to do so, but having incurred in a reckless conduct that leads to such fatal result.
- INJURIES (arts. 147 and following PC): Punishes whoever causes an injury to another person, whether physical or mental, that requires medical treatment for its cure.
- IMPRUDENT INJURY (arts. 152 et seq. PC): Punishes whoever causes an injury to another person, whether physical or mental, not with the will to do so, but having incurred in a reckless conduct that leads to such harmful result.
