Our managing partner, Marc Molins, participated in the program Café d’idees of RTVE with Gemma Nierga, where he offered a legal analysis on issues of great institutional relevance.
During the interview, Marc defended that the State Attorney General, Álvaro García Ortiz, should be acquitted, stressing that there is no direct evidence against him, but rather evidence that must be evaluated in a trial.
In addition, he analyzed the appearance of Valencian President Carlos Mazón for the management of DANA, pointing out that he could be preparing his judicial strategy.
